Please also consider the economic impact on dog related businesses right here in Jefferson Co. - like boarding kennels, veterinarians, pet shops, grooming shops, etc.  If this proposed law passes all of these businesses will be affected.  It just isn't about the economic impact & how it will affect the dog show.  It will also affect dog related businesses because I'm sure there will be a decrease in dog ownership among the residents of Jefferson Co.
